Vagabond Cheese and Demitasse are teaming up to hold a coffee and cheese pairing on the third Thursday of each month. You will hear about the coffees and cheeses we taste, and discuss how coffee beans and liquid milk are processed and make their journeys from the farm to our tables, as well as what makes them pair well together. You'll hear about flavor profiling, palette development, and what distinguishes each coffee and cheese from the next.
