We'll be serving up cheese plates for El Segundo Brewery's new Citramongous Wet Hop DIPA Release! Here's their rundown:
Every year we take a trek up to the Yakima Valley, the HOP capital of the US to meet the farmers and see the awesome harvest of fresh whole cone hops!
This year we are remaking a crowd favorite, CitraMongous Double IPA. This DIPA is made with Citra fresh hops - never dried or processed, just picked and sent direct to our kettles. Less than 30 days from hanging on the bine to drinking from your glass. Available for on site consumption and in growlers to go!
This year we got to select which lots of hops we are going to be using all through 2018 - and we have a few special casks for you. We used the same lots we have selected of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops and dry-hopped a pale ale base so you get to see what these 2017 harvest hops taste like!
Vagabond Cheese Company will be on site pairing delicious cheeses and charcuterie.
